What is our staging process ?
Walkthrough
Meet our stager during your property visit to assess the layout, identify unique features, and review the staging timeline and budget.
Once we assess your property, we'll provide a quote with tailored options, including pricing and staging timeline. After finalizing the details, we’ll send you a contract and invoice to secure your staging.

On staging day, we'll install the furniture and decor, creating a design that suits your property perfectly. Once we're done, we'll provide sneak peek photos.
property de-staging
De-staging is arranged after the term ends or when a property offer is accepted. We need at least one week's notice to schedule the de-staging. Extensions are available upon request.
