FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
HOW MUCH DOES HOME STAGING COST?
Because every property is unique, we do not believe in a one-size-fits-all approach to staging. Our vacant home staging services start at $1,800, with most projects ranging between $1,800 and $3,500 depending on the size, layout, and number of spaces being staged throughout the home. Our goal is to provide a few different staging options tailored to each home, allowing homeowners, investors, and real estate agents to choose what works best for their needs and budget. We also provide free, no-obligation quotes with a fast response time. Homeowners and agents can share a previous MLS listing, current property photos, or coordinate a time for us to visit the home in person so we can create a customized staging plan and quote tailored to the property’s needs.
do staged homes sell faster?
In today’s market, first impressions matter more than ever — especially online. Most buyers begin their home search by scrolling through MLS photos, and professionally staged homes are often more visually captivating, memorable, and emotionally engaging from the very first click. Empty homes can feel cold, smaller, and sometimes even perplexing to buyers, making it difficult for them to understand the functionality and flow of the space. Professional home staging helps define each room’s purpose and allows buyers to better envision how they would live in the home. According to the National Association of Realtors, 83% of buyers’ agents say staging makes it easier for buyers to visualize a property as their future home. Staged homes also tend to photograph better, helping listings stand out online, generate more interest, and potentially drive more showings. Ultimately, staging is designed to help homes feel more inviting, functional, and market-ready — giving sellers a stronger opportunity to stand out in a competitive market and potentially sell faster and for more money.
what areas do you serve?
Springs Home Staging proudly serves Colorado Springs, Monument, Black Forest, Falcon, Peyton, Fountain, Woodland Park, Manitou Springs, and surrounding Colorado communities. We work with homeowners, real estate agents, investors, and builders throughout the area to create thoughtfully staged spaces designed to help properties stand out online and make a strong first impression with buyers.
what occupied staging consultation options do you offer?
We currently offer three different occupied staging consultation options designed to help homeowners strategically prepare their property for the market using many of their existing furnishings and décor. Our consultations provide expert recommendations on layout adjustments, decluttering, styling, furniture placement, and ways to better highlight the home’s features and overall flow. Depending on the consultation option selected, homeowners may also receive customized reports with actionable recommendations, photos, notes, and suggested shopping links for supplemental staging staple pieces such as artwork, soft goods, plants, and accessories. For homeowners looking for more hands-on assistance, we also offer styling consultations where we help implement many of the recommended changes during the appointment using the homeowner’s existing furnishings and décor. Pricing and additional details for each consultation option can be found on our Services page.
how far in advance do i need to coordinate staging?
We recommend reaching out roughly 2 weeks in advance to help ensure availability, especially during peak real estate seasons. However, we understand that real estate timelines can move quickly and may still be able to accommodate shorter turnaround times depending on our schedule. Because we are a boutique staging company that handles everything in-house, this allows us to provide a more personalized experience and maintain a high level of quality and attention to detail throughout each project.
